Recall and Reminder Systems |
Wyndhamvale Health Care nursing staff recalls all patients for abnormal test results or if the doctor wishes to discuss test results with you. The practice has a policy of not giving test results over the telephone.
Wyndhamvale Health Care offers our patients a reminder service for example, but no limited to pap smears, immunisations, blood tests, blood pressure checks and skin assessments.
Wyndhamvale Health Care welcomes your telephone enquiries. Telephone calls to doctors are directly put through to the doctor in an emergency, at all other times our friendly staff will take a message and forward it to the doctor for follow up. |
Repeat prescriptions will not be written without a consultation. A consultation is needed to review your condition and medication. |
